Children's Futures, that's what we strive for every day.
Children's Futures has been opening doors to better lives for families
in
Trenton,
New Jersey since 2001 through the generous support of the Robert
Wood Johnson Foundation.
Children's Futures is a 501 (c) 3 nonprofit organization
focused on improving health and development outcomes for
children and their families. We do this by: engaging community
partners to help break down family isolation; building
trust between and among residents; forming alliances with health
care
providers; promoting positive parenting through information,
resources and programs; and, helping Trenton's most vulnerable
citizens secure essential services.
